Returns

 

We hope that you are happy with any product purchased, but if you change your mind or return a product to us, for any reason, you may do so providing you act within 7 (seven) days. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery call us or email us to do so.


If you cancel an order and the goods have already left the Designer Concepts warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods.

We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding cancellation.

Refunds will be at our discretion and no refunds will be considered after 7 (seven) days from purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

We cannot refund or exchange self assembly items if they have been assembled, unless faulty.

Also, if you have tampered with the goods in any way, Designer Concepts reserves the right to deny the request for a refund.

Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Subject to what is recorded under this Cancellations and Returns Policy clause, if returns are received by us after 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, Designer Concepts be under no obligation to accept the returned goods for the purpose at all.

Warranty is on the structure of the product and does not cover future damages. Please note for items to be exchanged they need to be in there original packaging and in the condition they were received in. We are not responsible if the item does not fit in your place or any damages that are caused by trying to fit the item in. We are not responsible of any loss or damages of property. Please note that items that do not carry a warranty will be on the item description. We are not responsible for any third party installation that are done on products.

Please Note Items Can only be exchanged if they are in there original packaging and condition. No exchange or refunds are done for items that colour changes due to lighting of area it is placed in. No exchange or refunds will be done once item has been assembled by a third party installer.

Please note that some items colour may differ slightly according to pictures on website, due to screen pixelation or lighting differences.

Client will be charged for delivery of the item and will also be charged for the pick up of the item.

Please note the item should be put back into its original packaging if this can not happen it should then be wrapped securely as the client will be held responsible if any damages occur.

Once the item is collected it will go into evaluation, this is a 3 day process... Any damages found after the evaluation is done the client will be held responsible for it and will be charged accordingly.
